1. Return Policy

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • You must raise a return request within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

⚠️ Sarees purchased during sale, discount, or clearance events are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or share shipping instructions.

  3. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process:

    • Refund to the original payment method (within 5–7 business days), or

3. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not been shipped.

4. Exchange Policy
